Slow idle

I just replaced the battery after having it die in traffic, and the idle sounds a bit slow. There seems to be a rattle in the vicinity of the mufflers/exhaust, closer to the cab. It's not bad, but it does sound different when it'd cold and idling in the morning. When I was stopped, I could barely hear the engine and the exhaust, but I had full power and none of the gauges looked bad. It seems to be fine otherwise. I haven't really driven it for about ten days, so maybe I'm just not used to again? Or maybe I'm just insane...
