cab mount metal sleeve

does anyone know if anyone sells the metal sleeves that run through the cab mounts? I didn't know I was supposed to reuse them and the stock mounts and sleeves are long gone.

I think my cab is a mid 80s, its still got a round eye front clip. c30 crew cab. LMC doesnt call out any sleeves on their 81-89 but they do show sleeves in their 73-80 in their diagram.

I think 1980 was the last of the round eyes. Possible a previous owner did a clip swap. Or a cab swap. Check the cab VIN to verify its year vs the VIN on the title.
