Been trying to replace my bumpers on my 78 C-10. Do you need to remove the lower grill panel in order to have enough room to remove the inner bolts? I also have the front bumper guards too. Man is it tight in there

When I did mine I could reach all of them fairly easy on front...didn't have bumper guards so I am not sure if that affects anything...but I know for sure i didn't have to unbolt anything else.
You could always try and remove the bumper AND brackets as a unit if access to the frame bolts are easier. -Jeff |
