Progress Pics
Just got the Blazer back from the media blasters last week. Took 4 whole days to sand it and prime. Looks good and really feels like progress.

Wasn't rust free, but close. Rockers and door pillars are about the only thinks needing total replacing. Needs some small patches behind either door. Overall the body was in excellent shape. Still a long way to go.

Wow...sweet man. If you were to media blast my GMC you'd end up with a couple patch panels and a dash board.

No doubt. There would be nothing left of mine either. That is really awesome though. Wonder if thats the way I should have gone with my Blazer. Keep up the good work too. Jeff.

Media blasting tub
That is going to be an excellent truck. Great work and the link is fantastic...I have it saved in my favorites.
It looks like you and I are on the same path . Did the media blasters remove the end caps to the rocker boxes so they could get inside ? Very nice work !! Charlie

I took it to them completly stripped. The whole underside is exposed as well. Had to in order to replace floor supports which were rusted through on the outer ends. I've got to blast the rocker pieces my self to take care of the surface rust.
