70stroker Registered User Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: pittsburg kansas Posts: 894	throttle rod to cable I have a 70gmc that came out with a rod operated throttle. my bracket on the firewall that hold the pivot rod in cracked and i cant seem to find a replacement. I noticed 71-71 had cable according to lmc. how hard or is it possible to convert a rod operated cab over to a cable operated?
