Fender interchangeability
What all is involved in switching the front grill over from a 69 (chrome center with "chevrolet") to a 72 (honeycomb with chevy symbol)? I have both, and would like to put the 69 style on the 72. Just wondering what all is different, besides the fenders and grill of course

Pretty sure that it's an even swap, they should both bolt right up, the fenders are the same. The 67-68's are the ones that won't.

69-72 fenders are the same.Switch the grill and surround.

You have to swap hood release latch and the support that runs below the hood release which supports the center of the grill also. Rod
