Ultimate breakfast sandwich.
Made this on Sunday for day after Halloween party hangover.
2 fresh sausage patties grilled. 1 egg fried Bacon Country style potatoes (fine dice) 1 Waffle Imported cheese (Queijo São Jorge) Did I say Bacon and some Pure maple syrup.

I want to try that replacing the syrup with a hot sweet relish made by a local company called McCutchens. They're an apple distributing/processing company that makes great sauces,juice,cider,jellies,dressings,etc. I love that relish on sausage.
