Steering wheel splines
Im looking to swap out my original '70 wheel. I was curious if any of you guys knew, if the GM vehicles used the same splines for most of their vehicles. Im looking to use an Impala wheel, or a Pontiac wheel. Thanks for any help or suggestions
Thanks fellas -Andrew |

i swapped in a steering wheel off of a 94 chevy pickup onto mine. went right on.. so i guess gm used the same splines on the trucks for a while..

Re: Steering wheel splines
As Cirussel said most GM steering wheels will fit on the truck's spline. Some won't work with the turn signal or horn setup very well though. The biggest issue is that some car wheels are a bit too deep to use on a truck and bring the rim too close to you for comfortable driving.
