Cab Leaking - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hello everybody! I have a 69 c20 and it has always leaked water on the passenger and driver side floor. I poked around last night and found 2 holes that look factory under the dash on either side. One is right above the glove box and the other is to the top left of the gauge cluster. My dad said they should be factory drain holes and should have tubes that allow them to drain outside and not on my floor. Anyone else dealt with these??
