Do the 99+ truck headers fit or do I need to get a set for a camaro or gto?

Re: Long tube headers for 5.3L swap
I plan on using the Speed Engineering headers.
Here's some more info on them http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=711185 |

Re: Long tube headers for 5.3L swap
We used the stock '65 230ci perches, stock replacement mounts, and Speed Engineering's motor mount plates...no clearance issues.

Re: Long tube headers for 5.3L swap
Stock truck header will need frame surgery, the TBSS manifolds work very well, they are shortied tho. Hooker makes an aftermarket version of the TBSS.
Shorties are fine for stock or "tuned" applications, if cam swap and added power, you need long tube.
