Need help on small appliance repair
I was in the shop today and it was hot. I went in to my minifridge to get some cold refreshment and noticed ice on the evaporator. So I removed some loose ice and reached in my tool box for a hammer and chisel. Tap, tap and oh CRAP! I pierced the lower coil and the 134a went pisssssssss. Anyone hear work on small appliances? Can I get parts for this thing? Or is it trashed? Thanks

Re: Need help on small appliance repair
I can't help you on your specific problem; but when I need to deice something, I use a hair dryer; something to consider in the future.

Re: Need help on small appliance repair
It would be cheaper to just buy a new one.

Re: Need help on small appliance repair
It's history.
I bought one off C/L for $30 a couple months ago, something to think about?
