Like the title says where do I put the wideband sensor?
Truck will have longtubes and no cats by the way.

Re: Wideband O2 placement

A foot or so down from the front o2 sensors. Just make sure that the sensor is pointed somewhere between the 9 oclock and 3 oclock position in the pipe.

Cool, thanks. Seriously considering tuning myself.

Re: Wideband O2 placement

I should clarify, 9and3 being the TOP of the pipe. I didn't want this to be misunderstood as the bottom of the pipe, depending on how you look at it.

Re: Wideband O2 placement

Permanent. I hear that they are better for monitoring AFRs

Re: Wideband O2 placement

The location I posted was where I had it mounted when I had an AEM wideband in a different ride.
My truck has wideband bungs further back, easy to access for tuning.
