Unhappy What does it mean?

I pulled my radiator to pull my engine yesterday and when I unhooked the tranny cooler lines from the radiator the top one had no fluid in it and looked like it hadn't in a long time. I have dropped the pan on my transmission many times to try to fix a persistent leak and have noticed no crud in the pan, but I am worried about the lack of cooling of the tranny fluid.
BTW where can I get a thread chaser for tubing fittings (the ones for the tranny lines to the radiator need chasing)?

Thanks, krue

Make sure there are no kinks in the lines and you can blow through the fittings in the rad to make sure there no plugged, Also with the truck setting you may not get any ATF from the top line because it maybe just draining back down after is sets, no big deal..

The nuts on the 5/16" tranny lines are a standard fine thread, so you could use a regular tap if you have a set. Since the threaded hole is so shallow, you may have to cut or grind a tap off to work.
