Where is the # on a quadrajet carb as far as I know it is an original 1 from a 70 350 2wd. in the service manual they call it a 4MV.I have gave them every# that is on the carb plus I took it to them and they tell me it shpuld have a tag on it.Well it don't and I need a carb kit for it NAPPA said they could get it for me but I never made before they closed so any help for me??

Hold carb horizontally with base in right hand. rotate slowly away from you until you see a STAMPED number on main body. Then go here for Identification and kit.
