should i snag this 4x4 off my buddy? -->pics<--

a friend of mine is selling his 63 gmc 4x4, he said he has over 12 grand into the truck, its got a 383 stroker, he thinks its got a little over 400 hp, i think that might be a bit high but anyways, th400 tranny behind the 383. the body sits on a 79 frame. new exhaust, its leaking power steering fluid from a line and the t-case has a slow leak. i think its a pretty solid truck, the tailgate is getting some rust issues, along with the pass side door, the only thing im not too excited about is the fact that its on propane, but since its a newer style frame i dont see why i cant get a tank for under the bed, and stick a carb on that intake, anyways here are a few pics, tell me what you guys think about it and what you would pay for it, that should give me an idea on wether or not im getting a good deal
