engine install

I have a 63 chevy lwb. I am new to the world of tucks and i have some basic knowledge of them. So far i sandblasted/painted the frame and control arms, installed carpet and seats put the Classic Preformance "grand Slam" CPP on it and i am begining to install the american auto wire wiring harness. I need to put a new engine into it, so i want to get a crate 350,350 crate , and i was wondering if this would be something that i could tackle. I was hoping that with the wiring harness and the crate engine that it woul dbe easy enough for me to handle. If you think that it would be more complicated than i think, are there any suggestions as to who could install it? Thanks.
