My advice would be to buy new ones.... you never know what you're going to get with used hinges. New hinges are money well spent especially when you start fighting "good" used hinges trying to get the hood to shut right.
They are still available from your local GM dealer. I only have the part # for the right hinge (03911706) but your GM dealer should have no problem locating the other part #. They list for about $65 each but most dealers will give you a break on the price.

Like said above, GM is still making them. You might find them for less $$ from a board vendor. I got a pair from Tim Christian last year when I was in Tennessee. I am sure they were less than dealer prices.
