Angry Drum Brake Help Needed!!!

Alright...... I've been working on my rear drums half the day and I'm ready to throw them through the window. I took them apart last week to rebuild them, thought I was being all clever by taking pictures, but obviously not enough, because I spend my day surrounded by the Haynes manual, printed pictures and a pile of parts and made no progress. Does anyone have a good source of a diagram of the rear brake drums that show how the things go together? Just when I thought I was making progress, I came across the "Shoe Guide" according to the Haynes, and I have no idea where to put it. I'm almost frustrated enough to just order the disk conversion kit and lose the drums!

Anyone got any ideas???
