Question Total Advance

I am trying to rework an electronic distributor in a chevy 350. The distributor is from a 1975. The motor is in a 72 Blazer with 3.07 gears and a slighty modified GM crate motor. What should I be setting the total mechanical advance to and the total advance with the vacum advance. The motor has never been over 3500 RPM and probably never will be. The truck is strickly a tow vehicle.
