NOS piece, not sure but I think it's part # 3919493. See picture of application. Purchased for a '70 suburban with 3spd manual trans. on column.$15 shipped each, 2 available. paypal or m.o.

when i was adjusting my linkage last summer i noticed that that looks like a part that could wear easily. so it may come in handy.
