Original AM Radio setup + aftermarket speaker

I bought my truck with no radio. It was taken out, and some cheap piece of crap stereo was mounted in a wood console screwed to the hump. After that went into the garbage I proceeded to drive my truck for about 6 years with no tunes.

So, I have a few AM radios I've been collecting over the years, and decided to mount one of them. I have two good working ones, and I *think* I have all the brackets, but I didn't have a speaker. So, I bought one from an aftermarket outfit, but now I realize I have no friggin clue how all of the parts go together. I'm also trying to figure out where the green and black wires go from the harness. The red one is easy - it just goes to the fuse block. Anyway, here's the thread with pics:

I haven't gotten any feedback so far, so I'm basically stuck. SOMEONE has to clue me in. Maybe I have the wrong speaker - that's fine. I can get another one, but I'd like it to hook to the stock AM radio in some way.

No, I don't want to convert to a different radio. I'm fine getting the AM one working for now.
