front frame horn repair

I was down where my truck is stored unloading the suspension and rearend I got for it and I was looking at the frame horns again. I think I mentioned the damage in another thread. Anyway, they both need to be replaced. Will the later years work? I`m going to cut them off about 6-8" back and wend on replacements but I want to know if the 60-66 horns are shaped the same. I`ve heard the later years are wider but as long as the bumper mount tabs are bent the same that should`nt matter once I put them on my frame. Any help would be great.
