I worked on a chevelle that had one. It sounded pretty cool but the thing that would drive me crazy is if you motor had a major problem, you would never hear it. I would hate to drive down the road with the rods knocking and not hear it.

You'll get sick of it after a while Brad. On the interstate you won't even be able to hear your stereo over it.

![]() I run one with the 6-71 super charger on the 72 camaro and I love it. It makes the blower sound even better. ------------------ Life is good with a 6-71 supercharged 355 in a 72 camaro ![]()

Hmmmm, I'm running a 6:71 on my Model A with a Gilmer style belt drive, and it alone drives me insane after an hour of cruising!

I have a Pete Jackson noisy gear drive on my Suburban and I love it. But then again the only tunes I listen to in my truck are the sound of the Flowmasters and gear drive. The only time I wish it was quieter is when I'm adjusting valves or something.
