Air dam - 2wd vs 4wd

I'd like to add an air dm to my '03 Silverado. I noticed in an LMC catalog that there are two air dams listed, one for the 2wd and one for the 4wd. Does anyone know what the difference is between them?

Does the 4wd maybe have cutouts for the tow hooks?

The tow hooks are located in the lower half of the bumper on both 2wd and 4wd.

It appears the difference may be in the height of the air dam. 4wd having a taller air dam. It's hard to find good pics of both styles on the same year to confirm (heck, finding any pics are hard... it seems like most people remove it)

That link isn't working for me atm.

However, I can't see why fog lamps would matter. Those are in the lower half of the bumper...

In LMC's Catalog, it's item #12 on page 11.
