How many gallons to do a burb?
Hello,
Can someone give me the amount of paint I will need to have my 72 burb painted? I'm looking at how many gallons for the primer? base coat (proably spray it 2-3 times) and clear coat (3xs). Thanks, Joe |

Re: How many gallons to do a burb?
I would say at least a gallon of primer......And possibly more depending on what you use...And how many times you block......Base coat wise......A gallon should be plenty But mixing ratios would vary this......Clear.....I always buy more than needed....But I norally wet sand and Re- clear everything I B.C/C.C....So( I ) would buy a gallon

It really does depend on the product, and even the color you are using and it's mixing ratio's. Some basecoats cover better then others.
