Hello All, Getting set up to start my project. I've got two custom Suburbans (64,65) that I plan on joining as one. The 64 I recently obtained in TN. but it came from TX. Still has the TX plates on it. The body is pretty solid, except for that problem area above the windshield, and has original roof rack and period aftermarket/dealership AC and brush guard. The 65 is factory 4WD and very poor body.Rust,Rust, Rust. I previously owned it about 14 years ago but had no time, place or cash to restore it. Can anybody out there relate? Tracked it back down through three temporary owners that had all left it setting outside. Off frame restore is the plan. I have to take the bad body off and put the good one on anyway. My first attempt so I'm sure I'll be picking all of you guys brains apart. Wish me luck.
