Air cleaner foam

Got the air cleaner plated.
How Dad did everything
And need to redo the foam between lid and base.
Any source ?
All i can find is base to carb gaskets.

Was that year housing plated and not painted black? As for the foam, maybe some insulating foam from the hardware store. Some of that is adhesive backed, but I don't know how long it would last in that application.

No. Dad plated everything, and like the look.

The valve covers and oil pan is on old blue.
