differences 1988 and up C10 exhaust compared to 1979 C10

I'm offered a new stainless steel exhaust that is made for a 1988 and up c10.
What are the differences compared to a 1979 c10.
Will this exhaust need mayor modification to fit the '79?

well if it's 88 and up it's c1500 not 10. The one main thing is the manifolds dump different and usually use y-pipe, and cats, o2 sensors and such. The duals on my 88 k1500 both go to the ps and go back, which may work fine on an older truck since there's some room, but the manifolds and such is what I'd worry about, not to mention if it has a place for cats, how many, where at, and same for o2's.
