Hi, I think these will fit? Lots and lots of searches

Stock suspension 1972 C10 Stepside

Front 18 x 8'', 4.5" backspace
Rear 18 x 9.5", 5.25" backspace.

Can anyone confirm if this is a good fitment. It's a long way to send them back from here

Does anyone else think a wheel/tire forum would be handy?
