Cordless Impacts
Who makes a good 3/8 cordless impact for the money? I'm getting a price for a snap on today and I know it's going to be high was just wondering what other brands are out there that are good.

The Snap On is the one I use and abuse. Hasn't failed in my shop or pits yet.

the snap on 3/8 is the best one on the market. it has plenty of power and is light weight. i work on heavy equipment and use it every day.

I like to stick with one brand so all my batteries are interchangable.
I have had good luck with dewalt, I have their 1/4, small 1/2 and big 1/2 drive impacts, they all work great. In all I have over a dozen power tools from dewalt, DC and AC, all have performed great. |

use a 3/8th snap on at work every day for tghe last 3-4 years and it has yet to fail me, i've replaced my frist battery on it seeing i left the battery in the rain but that was my fualt. i'd buy another 3/8 snap on in a heart beat

i have a 3/8 blue point works good snap on should have them on there truck.. Ive had it for a year and use it every day at work, not one problem yet many other techs have them in the shop with no issues either

Best bang for your buck get a Makita 18 volt Lithium ion drill/impact kit. Had mine for 3 years and ALOT of abuse. They just keep on tickin!

snap on 3/8 at work and home. I only use the compressor when I need the air sander/grinder. Saves on the ears.

Just picked up a rigid from home depot. I bought with the intentions of taking it back because I needed a bumper off at the junk yard. I ended up keeping it because its awesome! I saw ryobi has one that has a load of torque but, I dont trust there stuff. The reason i went with rigid is because of a cordless drill I got s& years ago. To this day the drill and 2 batteries are working!
