Parting out 250 Inline 6 cylinder or Whole

I have this 250 that I got from another board member in a package deal. I know it came out of a 67-72, but i have no other specs about the motor. I'd sell the whole thing for $40 or if you guys want parts off of it I can sell them too.

Some of the good parts are:

Valve Cover

Alt Bracket

Balancer

Timing Cover

Engine Mounts

Is there a piece that the oil filter threads into?

Thanks, I'm asking because the PO converted my oil filter to a Frantz oil filter and I'd like to change it back to stock.

Thermostat housing lower part where it bolts onto the block. How much?

EDIT: And to be honest I would come and get the whole thing off your property but you live to far away for me to make a road trip out of it.

Re: Parting out 250 Inline 6 cylinder or Whole

Good question, whether or not it has one I do not know, however I believe the water outlet that is blocked off on the passenger side can but used for one, but if this one does not have a temperature sensor location that would mean it's a 70's model or earlier, the 71-72 I believe had one.

Ok, I actually thought of a couple of other things. How much on the engine mounts and the oil dipstick and tube?

Tony, that's fine but understand that the engine mounts, oil dipstick, and thermostat housing is sold. As long as you are okay with that, I don't see a problem if randy passes.

The price is great, but something has come up and I will not be able to get up there to pick this up. Unfortunately, I'll have to pass this one up.
