I got tired of my wipers/blower slowing down,on my "85 c10.It came with a wimpy 37a alternator,and I couldn't afford the higher amp replacement.
Since I had taken some parts from my wife's '94 Grand Am,before we scrapped it,I decided to try to use it on the truck. Fortunately,I had kept the connector, too. With a bit of rewiring, and a home built mount/adjuster,and a swap of pulleys, here'sthe result! The lights are brighter, the wipers/blower motor don't slow down, and it'ssimple to do. [ATT ACH]887183[/ATTACH] OOPS! supposed to read 105 amp.(fat fingers)
