I pulled a mid 70's Chevy plow truck out of the ditch with my 88 Grand Am. with my 80 K20 I pulled a late 90's Grand Cherokee out of the snow, while it was in park with engine running, doors locked, and driver standing beside it next to impatient cop

Later she says "You can thank me now for pulling you out". I told her that she didn't pull me out she just kept me from sliding back down.

Ok as the story goes I took my truck down my lawn to retrieve some firewood from our last snow storm. As I backed down I braked and started to slide and spin as if I were on snow. The grass simply let go of its root. Knowing that I was pretty much screwed I figured I had one shot at getting back up before mucking things up. It failed since my tires were packed in mud. Sorry I don't have pictures of either vehicle. I figured that pictures at the time would not be a good idea since the wife was not impressed. Here's the mess l left behind. I suppose I should throw some grass seed out.

I really don't see the problem here. I think an actual re-enactment is called for. Just back the truck up again, only have someone video it this time. No need to edit, raw footage will do. Hey, what's worst that could happen?
