I'd check for the essentials first, Make sure its getting fuel, Clogged filter can make it do that. I always check the simple stuff first and 9 times outta 10 its something easy.

Simple things first, check your plug wires make sure none are loose, is the distributer tightened down, see if you can move it.

Well i started simple my tac wire came lose from the distributer and was grounding out on the power wire to the distributer fryed my tach but truck runs fine again lol
