Vortec swap into 78 K10, questions

Hey guys. I got a lead on a complete running 1997 GMC 1500 with a Vortec 350. I want to that engine in my square, as it runs good and is fuel injected (Tired of carbs).

The donor truck has a 4L60E trans right now.

What would I need to do to keep my SM465? Running the auto is NOT an option. I'm thinking a flywheel from an 80's 1pc RMS 350 and my stock clutch.

Would I be able to use my stock pulleys, brackets, and accessories? I don't like Serpentine setups. Or would it be better to bite the bullet and just use the serpentine belt?

Also, how would I get the computer to work, since I don't have any computer stuff in it right now? would I just need to get a power and ground from the fuse box to it? My biggest worry is the VSS, will it work without one? Or will I just have a CEL? Also, how can I have the computer "think" the truck is in Neutral all the time? I plan on running all the sensors, and I plan on running dummy O2 sensors so I can keep it catless.

This is a complete donor vehicle, btw. My truck is a DD.
