Newbie From BC

Picked up my '69 in January and we finally got some weather nice enough to pull the top.

I have been lurking here for a few months and many thanks to all the dedicated members for the detailed posts I have used so many times for reference. It's great to see so many BC and Alberta people on here hope to see you in the sunny dry (I hope) interior this summer.

Done So far:

-Neutral/Reverse Light Switch Install (PO never put one in with van column)
-Replaced Bed Sill
-Rocker (torsion) box overlay and new end cap driver's side
-Windshield Washer Pump repair
-Horn install (PO never hooked up after grants wheel install)

Still to come:

-Ball Joints
-Front pads
-Pittman arm to Drag Link bits and pieces replaced
-Passenger Rocker box overlay and new end cap (in the fall)
-A few nuts and bolts that are missing
-Pass provincial inspection
-DRIVE

Here's some pics:

Most women like the strong, silent type… Fortunately for me, my wife prefers the out-of-shape, mouthy type.

Kamloops, Wheres that? haha
Nice rig. I hope the BC weather is nice and not smokey. Were due for a big fire in the Okanagan this summer because the last 2 were '94 and '03 so its been 9 years since a big one. My rule is I wait til theres one full week of nice weather before the roof comes off.
