Re: New body and paint!!!!
Looks good. I wish I could find a 63 GMC body for one of my touring cars.

Re: New body and paint!!!!
LOL
![]() I've had a body for about 2 years. Yesterday I decided to start on it, and was happy with my progress. I came down here to post pics of the progress, and low and behold, you have the exact same truck! ![]() Very nice job! Any tips on the stickers, I have never played with them before. |

Re: New body and paint!!!!
My revo is pretty new so I have not had a chance to beat it up yet. The stickers were not bad, just make sure your hands and the surface are clean/oil free. I made the upper and lower molding stickere out of some silver tape and some woodgrain tape.
One tip I can give you is to mask off very good. I painted the grill/bumper first and just a touch of over spray got through on to areas of the body and when I painted the red the silver really showed up on a couple areas......Jason Be sure to put on a good coat of white or clear the very last thing to keep the paint from scratching so easy. Then take off the clear protective plastic.
