77-80 truck owners....
Can anyone with an original 77-80 Chevy or GMC fleetside truck do me a quick favor? Please take a pic of your tailgate straps, more specifically, the area where the tailgate latch locks into it...and post the pic here please.
I have several straps, all with little differences, I would like to find the correct ones to go with the 77-80 tailgate I am running. The straps and gate are all fresh from paint, I do not want to have to put this on more than once. Thanks in advance!

UUUMMMM i have a 77-80 gate on a square fuel door bed. Would this fit what you are looking for Jeff??

if i was at home id take pics but i just swapped mine out for 81-87 straps
 But they all looked the same..Only difference was actually in the bottom hinge part
