Yes it is a Eagle Alloy 221 My oldest son messed one up. He has three good ones and 4 new tires.

I figured you were looking for a used one. I was just throwing it out there. If you cant get one I wouldnt mind taking those off your hands. lol But Ill keep my eyes open for you see if I can find any.

What ever came about of this? I did find a set of 4 of them I am thinking about purchasing on craigslist by chance.
