How wide are the cracks? How thick is the floor? Do you know why it cracked? Is the ground soft or shifting under the concrete? If the ground isnt stable it wont matter what you use to fill the cracks its going to break up as the ground moves or settles.

The cracks range from one inch to about four inches.Im not for shure how thick the floor is.Im thinking the concrete poured over the old concrete was not mixed rite or maybe the drougt is causing this.

Is the slab level on both sides of the crack? Typically when a slab cracks due to the ground shifting or settling it leaves one side of the crack higher than the other. If its level there are a ton of great products you can use but if the ground is shifting you're screwed.

I've used Quikcrete vinyl patcher but it's usually only recommended for shallow cracks. Works very well.
I've heard that for deep and wide cracks you can mix builders sand with a concrete fortifier.

http://semproducts.com/product-catal...ible-sem-weld/

This stuff is used to repair plastic bumpers.

I have used SEM weld to repair holes / cracks in the shop floors here at work. The millwrights have used concrete vinyl repair in the same areas, SEM weld lays flatter while still remaining flexible (important in floors). SEM weld can also be sanded flat, which I did for our loaded pallet jacks constantly running over it .

You can probably locate some at the local auto body & paint store

Sika 1A polyurethane sealant works well for sealing the cracks up and it remains flexible. Not sure that it would really help with rolling anything over it though.
