Opinions/advice wanted 70 k5

I normally hang out in the 60-66 section but found this today and am seriously considering it:

I'm not sure if this post would be better off in the 4x4 forum, but most of questions are more year specific so I put it here. The front floors are trashed, the rockers not far behind. The rear floors look good, light rust on the inside above the windshield, none on the outside. Runs, drives, doesn't smoke, knock or rattle. Please keep in mind I'm in the rust belt, so condition to me is about average and not many of these show up, certainly not 4 speeds. Thinking about going back tomorrow to make an offer, is there anything else bodywise I should look at? Mechanicals don't bother me but are there specific rust issues I should look for? I assume the floor pans are the same as trucks, but what about rockers? Are there any spots that patch panels aren't made for? Thanks in advance
