Finish on cowl attachment bolts/screws: what did GM do?
There are two sets of screws that secure the top of the cowl: I believe the exposed row are stainless but what did GM have for finish on the lower set with captured washers that secured the cowl seal? Painted to match? Also, the bolts (7/16"?) that attach the cowl at either end - black or painted to match?
