The white one is in my home town. I'm thinking really hard about buying it for my first project truck. I stopped by and looked at it yesterday and most of the sheet metal would need replaced, lots of dents and holes. The frame looks very solid, all the glass is good, and the cab is fair but definitely needs rockers.
Now for a question, how much should I shell out for a truck like this, basically a good frame and a decent cab with glass? This will be a VERY long-term project. I'll probably sell off everything I possibly can except the bare cab and chassis. That way, I'll have a little cash to build a good chassis. What do you guys think? edited to add: I plan on doing a customized project, not an original restoration.

$200. But unless you plan on using it as a base for a "customized" project you'd be better off finding something more complete and original as you're looking at replacing almost everything.
