99 C1500 Suburban Power Side Mirror Problem
When I shut the drivers side door the power side mirror looses it's previous position. When I move operate the controller to move the mirror back in place....the mirror makes a high pitched screeching sound.
Does this mean a new power window motor or something needs to be tightened. Want to ask before I start taking stuff apart. Thanks. |

Sounds like the teeth are stripped in the adjuster. I would say it's time for a new mirror.
