Window resistance
The passenger window in my 72 C10 rolls down very tough for @ the first 1/2 turn of the window crank then very easy the rest of the way down . Rolls up very nicely all the way up. I have lubed everything - what could be causing this?

Re: Window resistance
My drivers side is doing this, seems worse when mine is cold, like 50 and below. I figured old crappy grease in the window regulator, mine is original yet.

Re: Window resistance
I would guess it would be one of the tracks the roller rides in has a bad spot. If it was difficult both up n down then I would look at the strip n track mounted to the window as not being centered or too far to the rear seen them do that after I put together a door / window assy before. If the rollers n track are fine then highly suspect window regulator has worn out teeth.
