I'm Stumped...Please Help Identify an Engine

I have the opportunity to acquire a Chevy straight 6 engine.

I've written down the numbers on it and tried as best I can to identify it.

First, the date code is "J276". From that I get October 27, 1966 OR 1976.
The casting number is "3851659. From that, 1963-1976 292.
The engine ID code is "F1107UA". From that, Flint, November 7th, and I absolutely cant find "UA".

My questions are:

1.) Is it a 1966 or 1976? I'm thinking 1966, because from what I've found, the engine suffix would be three letters if it was after 1969.
2.) What does the suffix "UA" translate to?
3.) Based on the date, was this in a 1966 or 1967 vehicle (truck)?
