Motor swap questions

I spun a bearing in my 350, and was able to pick up a strong running L82, with a passenger side dipstick. I believe the motor is untouched, mostly due to the heads and intake being stock, but I have no confirmation of that. It has been painted orange, which I believe the L82 intake came painted silver from the factory. I do not want to build this motor up, but I want to have a reliable motor for the time being.

What I would like to do is general maintenance stuff that is inexpensive for peace of mind. I'll change the gaskets, oil, spark plugs etc. What I want to know is what you would consider maintenance parts to give me peace of mind, or if my list is overkill? I'd hate to drop this in and have a problem I could have avoided. What I was thinking was to change the following:

- Gaskets: Valve cover, intake, exhaust manifold, water pump, oil pump, oil pan, carb base
- New Oil pump and pickup
- New Rear main seal
- New Water pump
- New fuel pump I put on the old motor about 100 miles before it died.
- Swap the aftermarket (weiand) dual plane intake from my old motor to replace the stock one. I know I said I'm not going for performance but if I have it, why not use it?
