Buying a 69 to restore and sell for $1250

Hello guys. I'm thinking of buying a 1969 c10 longbed off of craigslist to restore and sell. It has 60,xxx, and can drive, but the transmission needs to be rebuilt or replaced. It has the original 350. I am thinking of repainting it and replacing parts that are needed. I will drive it for the next couple of years and then sell it to purchase a family car when the time comes . I'm not going for a barret jackson car by any means. Do you think that I will be able to make money when the time comes to sell it or do you think it will just become one of the many unfinished project cars and I will loose money. I know it will be a lot of work, but I've always been interested in these models of Chevy trucks, since my father and uncle has one. Pictures will be posted down below. Thank you for all your input
