Oneton to the Rescue
Our church canceled this morning due to a city-wide water outage, but that just freed me up to rescue the in-laws' Caravan when it blew a heater hose at their church one town over. Towed it about 20 miles and the fan clutch + plugs and wires I put on last week were definitely ready to be changed.
![]() The van was loaded as far forward as it would go on the 18 ft. trailer (max tongue weight) and the van/trailer combo weighed somewhere over 6,300 lbs., putting GCW at right around 12,000. No trailer brakes but it was more than manageable.

Re: Oneton to the Rescue
Thanks! Half of my justification for keeping 'er around is for events such as this, which is what she was built for.
