66 tail light patch panels
I am hoping to get some good info on this. I need to replace both tail light sections on my 66', turns out the Originals are heavily made up of "bondo".
I have the new ones in hand, but I am not entirely sure the best way to go about removing the old ones and how the new ones are welded back on? Anyone have any info, or is there a thread here covering it? video? any info will help!! |

Re: 66 tail light patch panels
I just cut mine to fit where my bad metal was. About 1/3rd of the tail light opening and down. About 1/2" around the bed side as well and to the tailgate opening.

Re: 66 tail light patch panels
Other wise, cut the originals out and use panel bond to secure the new parts.
